Current Opening: IT Manager
The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the organization’s information technology systems and infrastructure. This role ensures that IT services, security, and support align with business objectives and enable operational efficiency. The IT Manager leads the IT team, manages vendors, and ensures smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networks.
- Ensure data security, backup systems, and disaster recovery plans are effectively implemented.
- Manage IT budgets, control costs, and evaluate technology investments.
- Lead and mentor IT support staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Manage IT-related projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high levels of availability and security.
- Coordinate with other departments to understand and support their technology needs.
- Maintain compliance with data privacy and cybersecurity regulations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security.
- Experience in managing ERP systems, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or relevant technical certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE) are a plus.

Work Environment
